Understand the repair
What this service does
Side and rear windows are usually made of tempered glass designed to shatter into safe fragments upon impact. We replace these panels by removing interior door cards and clearing all debris from the window regulators. Our service ensures that your door glass operates smoothly and your rear defroster functions perfectly.

What can cause the problem?
- Attempted vehicle break-ins often result in shattered side windows.
- Loose gravel kicked up by other vehicles can break the rear screen on highways.
- Mechanical failure within the door can sometimes put enough pressure on the glass to crack it.
From inspection to finish
How the work is carried out

Inspect and identify
The interior door panel or trim is carefully disassembled to access the window tracks. Every piece of shattered glass is vacuumed from inside the door cavity to prevent rattles.

Repair the confirmed fault
The new tempered glass is slotted into the regulator clips and aligned within the guide rails. We check the operation of the window motor to ensure smooth travel.

Check the result
For rear screens, we reconnect the heating elements and ensure the radio antenna signal is clear. The trim is reassembled and the glass is cleaned of all fingerprints.
The exact procedure depends on your vehicle and inspection findings. A technician confirms the work before repair.
Why it matters
Broken side glass leaves your vehicle interior exposed to Dubai's dust and potential theft. Debris left inside the door can damage the locking mechanisms and window motors over time.
Before you drive
Avoid using your power windows if you hear a grinding sound, as sand may be scratching the glass.
