Understand the repair
What this service does
This service focuses on restoring the physical integrity of the leather by filling and bonding damaged areas. We use flexible fillers that move with the seat to prevent the cracks from returning. It is a highly technical alternative to replacing the entire leather panel.

What you may notice
Signs you need this service
- Deep spider-web cracks in the bolsters
- Visible tears or punctures in the hide
- Rough, dry texture that feels brittle
What can cause the problem?
- Extreme Dubai heat causes the natural oils in the leather to evaporate, leading to stiffness.
- Lack of regular conditioning makes the leather lose its elasticity and prone to cracking.
- Sharp objects like keys or rivets on clothing can snag and tear the surface.
From inspection to finish
How the work is carried out

Inspect and identify
We inspect the depth of the damage to determine if a sub-patch is needed for structural support. The area is cleaned thoroughly to ensure the repair compound adheres to the leather fibers.

Repair the confirmed fault
Specialized flexible leather filler is applied in thin increments to level the surface. We then use a graining pad to press the texture into the wet filler so it matches the surrounding area.

Check the result
The repaired section is heat-cured to set the bond and then color-matched to disappear into the seat. A final flexibility test ensures the repair can withstand the pressure of a passenger sitting down.
The exact procedure depends on your vehicle and inspection findings. A technician confirms the work before repair.
Why it matters
Small cracks quickly expand into large tears when subjected to the weight of occupants. Open cracks also allow moisture and dirt to enter the foam core, causing internal rot.
Before you drive
Do not attempt to use superglue on leather as it creates a hard spot that will cause new cracks.
