Understand the repair
What this service does
A full respray involves stripping the old, damaged layers of paint to start with a fresh surface. We apply high-quality primers and paints that meet the standards of luxury British and European manufacturers. The result is a factory-fresh look that protects the underlying metal from environmental damage.

What you may notice
Signs you need this service
- Fading paint from sun exposure
- Peeling clear coat
- Surface oxidation spots
What can cause the problem?
- Intense UV radiation in Dubai breaks down the chemical bonds in standard wheel paint over time.
- Abrasive sand and dust particles act like sandpaper against the wheels during highway driving.
- Chemical reactions from harsh cleaning agents can cause the clear coat to delaminate and peel.
From inspection to finish
How the work is carried out

Inspect and identify
Technicians inspect the wheel for structural integrity and deep gouges that might affect the final finish. They then chemically strip the old paint to reveal the bare alloy surface.

Repair the confirmed fault
A high-build primer is applied and sanded flat to ensure no imperfections remain visible under the new paint. We then spray the color coats in our dedicated dust-free booth for a smooth application.

Check the result
A final layer of protective lacquer is applied to seal the paint against moisture and heat. Once cured, our quality control team checks for color consistency and surface smoothness.
The exact procedure depends on your vehicle and inspection findings. A technician confirms the work before repair.
Why it matters
Ignoring peeling paint allows moisture to penetrate the alloy, leading to deep-seated corrosion. This can eventually weaken the wheel structure and cause air leaks in the tires.
Before you drive
Check your wheels weekly for signs of paint bubbling which often indicates hidden corrosion.
